Thomas Castaignede is absolutley insane. Not only is he one of the best rugby players ever to have played for France but he’s a very nice bloke too. Which makes it all the more sad that a terrible injury has kept him out of the team for the past year. But he’s till optimistic, happy and totally comitted to the club, unlike some other foreign imports. In this interview he talks about his fear of Sarries going down, he doesn’t sound like a bored player moving from one paycheque to the next; but a real fan. I’m so glad we’ve got him, hopefully for a few years yet and can’t wait to see his comeback, towards the end of April. Sometimes, even when your team is doing badly sport can make you happy.
